This is specifically about support, not much experience with the workings of the app itself yet.

I was having trouble reading and comprehending all the information on the upcoming Shopify Checkout Integration. Got on support and Ola was totally professional and courteous in walking me through my questions bit, by bit, by bit. Some she reasonably couldn't address. Greatly appreciate them.

I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket.
