The Wishlist Plus App is easy to install and manage. We installed it less than a month ago, and the results are promising; our customers really use this feature a lot, and it helps us target them easily with reminders, restock, and soon-out-of-stock emails designed in our Klaviyo account.
Big thank you to their customer support team, who are helpful and reactive.

Support team was quick to resolve an issue we had. Our customers really enjoying having the wishlist functionality and it give us good insight into which products our customers are most excited about.

Our plan was changed unilaterally and we had to pay more. Be aware.
The plan quota was NOT announced anywhere when we installed this app. This was a sudden change and we literally were forced to pay more to use the app. Something totally unexpected and not disclosed during the initial negotiations.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your input is truly appreciated, and we are sorry to hear that your experience with our app did not meet your expectations.

On checking why you received the upgrade emails we noticed that you had reached the app usage quota for your plan. We send out alerts when you’ve used up 80% of your quota so that you can upgrade the app on time, and to avoid any disruptions to your customers. The plan quotas and site session traffic limits are, in fact, published on our Pricing page, so I am sorry this came as a surprise to you and that you felt you were being forced to upgrade. We were merely enforcing the plan limits/rules that are clearly documented.

In any event, we tried reaching out to you via email so we can get this resolved for you, and are waiting to hear back. We value your experience with our app, and we would love the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please don't hesitate to contact us at your convenience via email.

These guys are great! Super fast when requesting assistance and the App has been working great online as well as on our APP. We have had this app well over 2 years and haven't had any issues! Highly Recommend downloading the app(if you know what's good for ya)

As a web designer, I'm often dealing with third party apps for customizations, and this is BY FAR the most incredible customer service experience I’ve ever had. Swym support not only addressed my wishlist page customization request quickly, but went above and beyond to add our branding to all other aspects of the app, ensuring ALL visuals matched our existing site completely- even the little heart icon was made thicker to match our other header icons without me having to ask! The level of attention to detail, the speed with which my request was handled, the ease of communication, and the thoroughness of the work was all truly impressive. I'm almost disappointed in how quickly everything was wrapped up since it was such a joy to work with them! I will be recommending them to all clients moving forward!

This a great little app, but I wish it worked properly and had more self-service customization out of the box. Even on a basic shopify theme, i needed 2 CS tickets to get up and running. Service is slow but helpful.

My experience with Wishlist Plus has been great!! It is exactly what I was looking for to help customers along their buying journey to save products for later as a customer usually doesn't buy the first time they see a product. One of my favorite features is the ability for the app to have an automated pop up when a customer deletes a product from their cart, and save it to their wishlist.

The support team goes above and beyond to execute your mission and goals. Highly highly recommend!
