tawk.to is a brilliant live chat app that allows you to easily interact with customers when needed. Also the ability to send offline messages is a great feature too!

All round great app that I continue to use and enjoy.

When no agents are logged into the dashboard, your visitors can fill in the Offline form.

Offline messages are emailed to the email address specified in the tawk.to account. You can designate team members to receive offine messages in the Mail Notification section of the property Admin panel. Offline messages can also be viewed under History and in the Messaging tab under All messages.

To reply to an offline message, you will have to click the Convert to Ticket button.

Wonderful app that truly is easy to install, set up and implement on your site. The support team is friendly and ready to help out if something were to go wrong. Don't be stuck behind your desk all day, the mobile app lets you take your live chate wherever you go. Great app, great price - FREE recommended for all.

Just started using it. Love it.

Is there anyway to auto set the working hours ? I am using the app on iOS and I don't want to manually set myself Offline .

The Scheduler allows you to manage the operating days and times of the widget.

Once the Scheduler is activated, you don't need to worry about forgetting to log out or manually setting your status to Offline.

To access the Scheduling feature, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin (gear icon) in the left sidebar.

2. Select Chat Widget

3. Select Scheduler

Note that you have to be logged in to the Dashboard during operating hours to be online. If there's no Agent online and logged in, the widget will still be offline.

This app worked very well for a while and now the messages get cut off. We can't read what our customers are saying!! We wrote an email to support and never heard back. Not recommended.

This app is the best. Not sure why other people are giving it 1 star, we are sure previous reviewers missed something because this might be one of the best free apps out there. We used to pay for such a service before we found this app

I loved this app at first, but then all of a sudden it stopped notifying us via email that someone started a ticket/ filled out the offline form. We tried talking to tech support but the guy didnt seem to want to help. At this point its time to disconnect it once we catch up to all the emails weve missed.

There are some circumstances in which we have to escalate cases to find answers and it takes additional time to revert back to you.

If you are not receiving any Ticketing or Offline email notifications from us, it could mean that your emails are being sent to the wrong folder or there might be a glitch.

tawk.to emails could have been sent to your Spam or Junk folder instead of your Inbox. Alternatively, your email provider may be blocking tawk.to emails, so check your Spam folder.

You can whitelist the following emails on your mail server: noreply@tawk.to and tickets@tawk.to.

This should keep emails from tawk.to out of your Spam folder.

If you're still not receiving emails from us, it might be due to delays, automated suppression or, in rare cases, maintenance issues.
