It was very simple to install and we reached out to customer service (via chat) for what we thought was an issue but turned out to be user error (on our side)...They were very nice and very responsive. Very much a refreshing change to how chats normally go.

Switched to Tidio and it's a really powerful tool. Mostly for the performance and the fact, that it doesn't push down the site speed, something I was affected by and other chat app. The support is fast and very specialized. Recommend!

First off, their support is spot on. Right there when you need them. Secondly, I've tried a couple of other chat platforms that were way too complicated and time consuming. The bot setup on Tidio is really easy and user friendly. I highly recommend Tidio. Love their app!

Stop looking for other chat apps, TIDIO Live chat is what you NEED for your webshop. Martin from the Support team helped me instantly with customization and general questions. TIDIO Live Chat has a mobile app too, to answer questions of my customers anywhere on the planet (Android & iOS). Thanks guys, you are AMAZING!

Have now put limitations on how many chat you can have on the free plan in order to push people to a paid plan. Moving to another with paid because of this.

Hi there. Thank you for your feedback and sorry to see you go :( A few weeks ago, after we introduced some new features, we decided to change our Pricing logic a bit. Since then, we notified our customers that the live chat will be limited to 50 unique visitors monthly unless they have a subscription to our premium plan. The limit was not enforced immediately because we wanted to give our users some time to get used to it. However, it was already enforced now. If this is a crucial factor for your business, and you would like to chat with more visitors, you would need to subscribe to our Communicator plan. This plan, apart from removing the conversations limit, includes many other great features that could support your business. I was having trouble transferring the ownership of the account. Arek from Tido was great! He walked me through everything and stayed with me until it was 100% complete. I am one happy customer!

I'm loving the app to far. I have not used it with a customer yet but it is cool to see what the customers are looking at while they are online. that feature alone helps me to see what my potential customers are interested in. I'm still using the free trial and plan to keep this app. It's my new favorite.
