I used the live chat option to contact the support team for the app and they literally answered in seconds, requested access to implement a styling change I wanted and made the change all in a matter of a couple of minutes. Very impressed with the customer service! I also use their Coin app which is awesome. Recommend!

Although I have not used full features of the app yet. Tracktor gets 10 stars for customer service. My request on my website was met in less than an hour and I was really impressed. Will update you on my customer's feedback with the app. Stay tuned.
The app itself is good.
The idea as far as I understand and have used so far, the customer enters the order no. not the tracking number, enters their email and will see their shipment update on the merchants website. I do think though that customer tend to find it a hassle having to go to the merchant's site every time to check shipment progress.
Going forward I may look for the option where the customer gets an update via email or sms every time there's an update to their shipment.
didn't use it yet but from the start it looks WAY better than any other tracking app i've used. Good start!
this app makes order tracking easy for me and the customers. i like also that i can rely on a timely response (live chat or email) from tech support when i had issues. had a small glitch at the time of setup and was developer was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. issue was resolved in no time. recommended!
