Currently, this app does not work with subfolders for translations. Even the app support person admits it. But we identified a solution - Use the Customer's Location option and enable all languages for your store in the primary market. In testing with a VPN, the language switched correctly as desired. Helpful app for our non English users and support have been very accommodating when needed. The fact that the app changes currency as well as language is ideal for international selling. Some auto-translates are slightly off between some languages but that can be rectified in app.
