*Update* I had so many questions today and needed help with some settings, and Mia took me through all the steps, answered all my questions and was SO HELPFUL!! I can't say enough how amazing Trendsi customer support is, they are ALWAYS there when you can't figure something out. *
Love Trendsi, the customer service is AMAZING! They always find an answer to my questions, and get back to me very promptly. I've sent several messages in the past month and was helped by three wonderful people, Allan, Lorrie, and Raymart, and they've all been very kind and helpful. Love their website, so easy and straightforward to use, and great product selection.

I am still new to dropshipping, but so far, Trendsi has been a very positive experience. I was nervous when I read reviews that several of the items go out of stock quickly, but I have found that you just need to look into the items before publishing them and strategically make your content around the items that have high stock. Every issue I have run into, Gretle has helped me resolve or given me the answer to within 15 minutes or less, so I can speak highly to their customer support. I have made a couple sales and I am excited to see how far I can go with the app. I would recommend this business model to new business owners looking to start a business but not looking for a big investment, and I think the reviews for this platform speak for themselves- you just have to be willing to put in the time!
