Thank you Anya for helping us patiently through the on-boarding process. Much Appreciated. One suggestion would be if Shipping Profiles in Shopify could be created automatically. Also, if Trendsi could publish a master list of product tags, it would be very helpful.

Hazel, helped me figure out my technical issue and she handle it well and was smart. I tried everything before I asked for help and she asked nicely for a moment to take a look at what all I did and she came up with a solution and it worked! I've been with trends I for a while now and this was the first time I needed help. Hazel, was very helpful.

Really great company and customer service team. Had an issue today where a customer didn't receive an item they purchased. Although the team confirmed it was sent, they wanted to right by my customer. They issued a refund and I reordered the item. Great customer service will always win in my book. Thank you Mia for your help!
