The support is 5 star (Gretle, Mia, Lhirose, and Raymart) and have always had all the answers to my questions, and have helped out a TON.
Why not 5 stars? I think there needs to be adjustments to their collections (seeing new imported products before sending to Shopify on the Collections list), or the ability send a new collections from Trendsi to Shopify, and the collection is created in Shopify

Hello: I have had the app for a little while and when I got my first order the order process and paying for my order was very easy. The order was already set up and I just had to pay for it. The update was auto filled into my orders. Later when I had a question I sent an email to support and Hazel replied quickly. While on the site I also used the support chat and talked to Angelo who was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions. Thank you for your time and attention.

Gretle was amazing. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out how to create and fulfill a bundle order with an Etsy integration. Chatted with another agent that was not able to help but did say I would receive an email for additional support. But I tried the chat again, was lucky to get Gretle and she resolved my issue with a workaround.

I love working with Trendsi. They are great with customer support, which is of high importance to me. Lorie has been exceptionally helpful answering questions I had about sizing when I had a late night potential buyer ask me a question I didn't have an answer to. She got back to me right away and I was able to answer my customer who then turned into a buyer.
