Been using Trendsi for more than 6 months now. Pleased with the UI, the product quality and delivery. Have had minimal need for Support because everything works smoothly (which is refreshing!), but when I reached out for Support, Harold connected with me and was great. Really hoping more of the USA-only items will ship to Australia too! ;)

I am very new to Trendsi and wanted help with updating my contact info using the Chat, the response was quick, and then i had few other questions with regard to how the Order is managed and how the returns are handled, Chette is very very quick, responsive, knowledgable and helpful, I will definitely want to write more reviews as I use the application, during this conversation I am really happy as a new customer to Trendsi and appreciate Chette for the help provided.

So far I can recommend Trendsi is a good Dropshipping application to be used as they are here to help and make it easy for the users.

I do like Trendsi’s clothing that are sent from the US. They’ve always been good quality and fast shipping. I’d give them 5 stars on that front. However, I wanted to do white labeling with them, paid the $200 for the labels and have found that everything they offer for that is also found on all the super cheap sites like SHEIN, Temu, and Alibaba. And something on Trendsi will say it’s 100% cotton but on SHEIN, that same exact item is listed as 100% polyester, so I’m not sure which is correct. I can’t sell SHEIN or Temu clothing in my boutique, it would look bad. I wish I would have done more research on it before I bought all those labels.

Link the app to my Shopify store was easily accomplished. It is easily added to my store. The make it so I can create a favorite list and then come back and add what I want to the store. The variety of items to add is awesome!

The service I have had so far has been great. I've talked to Chette, and Anya. Both were helpful. The only complaint I have it I'm still waiting on and update for an order I made in January. I got an email asking if they had the right address...which I have had multiple sample orders shipped to me at that address. They then said said it would be shipped, but it still says warehouse processing, and I haven't had any tracking sent to me. For the most part things are done quite efficiently, this has been my first major issue.
