My experience with Trendsi Customer Service has been very Delightful and I must say they respond very quickly, I recently spoke to Harold who immediately responded to my inquires and offered assistance. I really like the fast communication through WhatsApp.

I can’t thank the Trendsi team enough, especially Dave and Harold, for their outstanding support! As someone just starting out with my Shopify store, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed after running into an issue. But Dave and Harold went above and beyond to help me resolve it. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working perfectly. Starting a business can be tough, but with support like this, I feel so much more confident moving forward. Huge shoutout to the Trendsi team—you’re amazing!

I was having an issue with TikTok address syncing over to Shopify and then setting up seller shipping. Raymart was amazing! He helped me step by step to get the address fixed and helped me with setting up my shipping with TikTok to avoid this happening again.

Today I am having an issue with TikTok to Shopify to Trendsi order and Harold was great in getting the info he needed to sort out my issue.
