I was having multiple questions with regards to shipping rates, zones, origin and its setup. Chette has been super prompt explaining all of my questions in detail. She even guided me through setup. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with everything I needed help with.

These folks are top notch! Wonderful customer service, fabulous products and fast shipping. I am truly sold on this app. I feel I have a true partnership with their staff. They are really on the ball. App is easy to use and very user friendly. The integration was perfect and their filters are terrific on their site. By far, they are the best I have used on Shopify in the apparel group of wholesalers. These folks are going somewhere! Customer service answers quickly and they are here in the USA. I haven't used the entire app yet but the customer service is awesome! I was struggling to get my app connected properly to Shopify and Lorie helped me and her customer service skills were awesome and got it fixed quick. I look forward to trying out the app and adding products to my Shop.
