I spoke with spoke with Angelo with customer service about an order I had placed and he was very thorough in letting me know he was escalating the issue. Very kind and fast customer service. Also this was one of the very first apps I installed to use in my shop. I will say it is an extremely well thought out and well designed website that makes it so easy to navigate and find things. A huge range of products that are priced great.

I just had my first experience with Trendsi customer service via their online chat feature and I was SUPER impressed! I LOVE this app! Love the styles and prices and it's so easy to upload handpicked items to Shopify with my own prices! I had some questions while installing and Mia was sooooo nice and helpful and patient with me! Yesterday their direct app was being wonky and not showing my product listings and they answered my SOS email really quickly and resolved the technical problems and let me know the problems were resolved...in a very short time. They are really great to work with!
