Reducing shipping time is indeed one of our top priorities. Except for peak season, we can guarantee 5 - 10 business days shipping from our overseas warehouses. Furthermore, more products will be available in the US warehouse soon.

Jac was great in helping me figure out how to proceed with an order that had an out of stock item. He was very patient with this newbie and it was greatly appreciated!
