Chette was very helpful with my many shipping questions and very patient and detailed. I was concerned about the international products being delayed due to the holiday. She gave me the option of putting the international products in draft until international shipping was back to normal.

What amazing customer service! I lost my connection and the next person read the past conversation and helped me get our shipping set up as customer's were not able to check out!
