I had a delay in one of my customer's orders due to Trendsi's suppliers. Reached out to customer service to inquire about active delay and its impact on current orders. The customer service chat was an amazing experience. Bot prompted questions before I was connected with a customer service representative. Raymart, the representative from Trendsi, was extremely helpful and provided a detailed explanation regarding the location of my customer's package. He also informed me that the domestic tracking number will be available within the next 24-48 hours. I am grateful for the excellent and efficient customer service provided by Trendsi!

I needed assistance with fulfilling my first order. Chette was my representative and she was very patient, friendly and helpful. Not happy with the overseas shipping. It is taking longer than expected especially when the order sets at the warehouse for 3 or 4 days before it is shipped to the U.S. I will be pulling all of the products from overseas in the near future or finding another supplier as they have very few plus size items in the U.S. Warehouse
