Overall it’s a pretty good all in one app for your store. The different apps that are being offered have great functionality that can help with increasing your conversion rates, average order value and making the customer journey much smoother.

This bundle once you install it you'll never remove it! All the essentials that you need in one place. Obviously you have more than one reason why you need this bundle. Simply switch ON and OFF the features, if each feature is a separate app you'll have to deal with several developers. I'm glad that I'm using it, customer service is really awesome, very fast response! The best thing that all the features they work together like a single app. Also it is getting updated and improved regularly.

There is an awesome section called "Feature Requests" you recommend which feature you want and it gets votes, you would expect new features added on popular demand. Thats really cool!

Incredibly happy to have found this app. We were able to remove several apps that were slowing down our website. Vitals is quick loading and responsive. Their support is fast, and they take suggestions seriously. They allow for feature suggestions within the app. Although they must be overwhelmed by the amount of suggestions, they're consistently working to add new features and improve the app! This is easily the best app on the Shopify app store and definitely deserves its perfect 5.0 star rating.

As if the functionality of this app doesn't speak for itself - the support and customer service teams are next level. We had a small aesthetic tweak requested for the bundles, and within an hour the change was made. Vitals truly does it all with minimal/no code disruption, and is very easy to implement. We have been using Vitals for over a year and haven't faced a single issue. If 10 stars were an option, we would give them 10 stars.

This is the app every Shopify store must use. They combined so many small and medium-size features (many more coming and you can also request if you need anything) in one place yet they are separate, you can enable or disable each feature as you want and for that, we don't have to install multiple apps for those features which in fact help to reduce the page load speed. Also, their support team is top-notch.
