Super huge assortment of apps available, really easy to navigate dashboard. I emailed support for a custom request (additional padding/spacing around shipping information box), and within a couple of hours of sending that initial email, Vladimir had made the customization and it was working on my site. Great collection of apps, great customer support!
So far so good. I have a quick fix that's being worked on but the customer service is EXCELLENT. No wait times and very professional. Thank you VITALS for making my ecom experience much easier!
The VITALS Apps are awesome!!! The VITALS Team is great!!! These guys get it… they have all of the apps you need to improve your store for one low price. Plus the best part is that they all work together to help keep your website page load speed as fast as possible. They have great video Tutorials too. But I still had a few questions about setting up the different apps they offer and each time I get in touch with the VITALS Team, they have gotten back to me quickly with an answer and helped me get the VITALS apps set up to look and work great on my store. So save yourself the time and trouble of reading a ton of reviews and take my word for it and get all of the apps you will need, with the VITALS 40+ apps in one! There's a reason they have over 3000 store owners giving them a 5 Star rating… It's simple... they've earned it!
Great support and glad to see there are reps working 24/7 to ensure you are satisfied. Have yet to come across an app with customer service at this level. besides that, app provides bang for your buck by merging so many features into one.
I started using this app today and I am really impressed with all the features. I have spent a couple hours implementing several new tools and was able to delete 3 other apps I have been paying for since this app will complete so many functions that I need. I had to reach out to the staff for support and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Really happy thus far.
