Best app on shopify. Not that many people know about it. really fast replying customer service. Customer service feels like a part of my team and help fix anything when I update my theme. 30-35% of my sales are assisted by vitals. Must have app, pays for itself! Shoutout to Shiela A for being such an amazing help! This is the best app for shopify stores!

One of the most indispensable applications in the app store. It's efficient and effective with many apps inside to really enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Moreover, after testing the customer and technical service, I can say that it is fast and efficient.
I downloaded this app recently and absolutely love it. The team is crazy helpful - nothing is a problem! If anything I only wish I had downloaded it earlier! Im only using some of the apps so far but I've noticed a rise in my conversion rate which is always a win.
I have been running ecom stores since last 4 years and this is by far the best app, it has all the required app which will help you save money as well as it will increase your customer experience. If you go for 20 different apps you site will be slowed down badly but with Vitals you get all 40 apps required. And their live support is amazing. Special thanks to Vladimir,he was there for me for more than 2 hours till the time i set up the app fully and sort all the query out live for me. A must have app.

The customer service from Vital is 100% next level, I submitted a query on the app and with 30 minutes I got a response and within 1.5 hours the query was fixed. The communication from the Customer Service Representative (Jed) was great, in fact fantastic and so happy the issue was resolved.
