Recent have been update more features with upgraded function such as assign more user to contact the same customer 4. Auto reply with template messages 5. Effective way to raise sales for retail line via Tele-Marketing concept while MCO period 6. Manage to grow sales/increase traffic to the offline Con - Found few bugs that could help works more efficiently 1. Unable to reply specific message 2. Only allow to work collaboratively rather allow salesperson to maintain their own portfolio of clients 3. Unable to have multiple channels such as Instagram, Facebook, email to respond in same platform to monitor the incoming messages
Wati has assisted us to streamline communication with our customers and the tools available has helped with automation to a certain extend. Abandoned cart conversion has been a bliss with the automated messages.

The Actual Charges comes across 54$ per month Plus the Fee of WhatsApp Messages , but its worth it . The Automation has help us to reduce the customer care representatives , and also help is 24*7 automated instant reply which has increased in customer trust . Messages are instant and works great !
There should be Quarterly Plans to reduce the monthly fee !
