I just installed and tested the Whatsapp Live chat free version. So far so good. It was easy to install and use, and the chat function showed up seamlessly on my website without any delay or bugs. Whatsapp is very commonly used in my country so I'm glad to have the option.
I di dnot find the app practical as users on pcs have to login to whatsapp on whatsap web to chat. what if they are not familiar with whatsap web?? then we cant chat? i installed another whatsapp chat form antoher developer which i removed but the icon did not go away. these developers assisted me with removing so i ma grateful for that

No aparece en móviles, es la segunda vez que la instalo después de 6 meses y solo ha funcionado 5 min. pasa lo mismo que antes, aparece en ordenadores pero no en móviles, tengo puesta la opción de que aparezca en los dos lugares. si mañana sigue así la desinstalo y nunca mas.

This app isnt right for my store so had to delete but seems to work well if you need Watsapp, Live Chat or Messenger. I had an issue with deleting and someone contacted me straightaway when I sent an email and added a review.

OK, among all ridiculous apps I have seen these days this one is phenomenon. It just disappeared from my shop and guess what their customer is on automatic reply which will come back to you after 2 working days, means I and all my customers should hang on there until they come back!

Can you help us with some information regarding the problem so that we can help you better, there might be a chance that the configuration setting of but widget button might not be right, but believe us our app provides a great value and we will make sure that it will do to you too.
Nothing works, lots of 404 broken links, the "free trial" does not work and charges you immidiatly when upgrading to a paid plan. Did not bother to even contact support as they only have email support, and an app this broken does not deserve my time.
