The Shopify/Zendesk is an integral part of our business, we use it to have surface-level visibility into customer order history and details as well as customer notes while doing sales and support. The app largely eliminates the need for an entire additional window. The reason I can only give 4/5 stars is that there are a few features I'd still love to see, that could truly let our team work solely through the Zendesk interface:
1. If we could place orders within the side-bar app
2. if we could connect ticket numbers with the SKUs in an order created from that customer interaction.

Shopify's integration with Zendesk is truly helpful in assisting our team with customer inquiries. The integration with both apps helps us provide quicker and more efficient service.
Shopify has been an amazing tool for us and we are able to access other tools easily to become more efficient. The help we receive is prompt. There are minimal issues using Shopify. Other platforms we have used have been more difficult, not as efficient, or as helpful. This is a great tool for a busy business.
We love the Shopify integration with Zendesk. It helps us serve our customers in a timely and accurate way by having access to any prior orders, all in one place. As someone who has not spent a lot of time in the customer service area before, Zendesk made it very easy to learn the platform, access support, and optimize our customer experience.

We have been using the Shopify integration with Zendesk for over a year. It has helped increase the speed with answering tickets by providing some of the basic information that may be needed. With that said, it is missing some other features that would make a huge difference. Due to the way our company is setup, we have to have 3 different Shopify widgets on our Zendesk account. This is a real slow down and takes up a lot of space within our tickets. It would be great if we could have a drop down to switch between different stores we own. It would also be beneficial to have some quick link buttons to add information to a ticket without having to copy and paste everything. Maybe look and see what ChannelReply is doing and see if there is a way to integrate some of that into the app. Overall a good app, just feels dated and needs more updates.
We sell on a few different platforms, so it's really nice to just pull up a ticket and see a customer's order history at a glance. It gives a clean, organized view of essential customer info with accessible links to expand their order details, track their order, or refund it on the spot. It's very helpful in providing context for customers we're interacting with.
It's a wonderful seamless integration. I do wish there were more actions that could be taken without having to first go to Shopify.

Having the Shopify app installed into our Zendesk instance has brought a good amount of convenience and efficiency to our workflows, but there are a few features that are missing to take it to the next level. 1. Our team uses Timeline Notes rather than Order Notes to leave comments on an order. Seeing any timeline notes attached to each order expansion would be incredibly helpful. 2. Tags associated with each order displayed in the order expansion as well as the customer profile. This would improve our efficiency by a few clicks. 3. Quick links to specific apps, such as ReCharge would save a lot of time for our team as well Overall the app is extremely reliable and has brought a lot of clarity to our team.
