Amazing app with tons of potential. Among many other things, Zigpoll enables you to segment your audience by asking visitors what they are interested in. This segmentation can later be used for emails and marketing. Excellent support by Jason as well.

Looked at a few apps before selecting Zigpoll. Been using it for our post purchase survey for a few months now, and it's reliable and gives us useful additional insight about our customers. Lots of options for slide creation and analysis as well. We will be using to create a customer survey shortly as well. Customer service from Jason is always super responsive, very helpful and prompt, even factoring in the time difference between the US and UK. A lot of thought has gone into this app and represents good value for money.

I've used a number of survey/poll platforms over the years, and Zigpoll is the easiest to use, content looks great, and the customer service, if you need some help, is beyond world-class. You can't find a better app. Seriously!

Surveys are highly and easily customizable, they integrate seamlessly with Shopify, and the support team is there when you need them. Huge upgrade for us vs trying to integrate an external survey platform (like we were doing previously).
