So far it's been great, allowing us to gather metrics on customer acquisition as well as info on customer experiences, without having to re-create the wheel so to speak.
Had a question and Jason responded quickly with a loom video showing me step by step how to resolve my issue. Highly recommend.
I just want to say, I installed the app for free(!) and had few questions, I got a response within an hour with video instructions how to tweak something and I got amazed how good response was. Running the app for 2 days and I am very happy with this app!
Great app! It is a must have to get as much data as possible from your target audience. You are literally leaving money on the table if you don't get data from customers that are purchasing from you. I love this app and it's one of the best investments you can make for your business.
