Just set up my first poll on my website and in an email to subscriber list. I love how simple and straightforward the experience is for my customers. While it was a tad bit complicated to set it up in the way I wanted, the customer support was excellent and more than made up for it.
The app itself is great and brought really good results straight away so I was very excited to get the insights from my customers using Zigpoll. However, there are 2 concerns, which probably means I won't continue using it:
1. A response is each click from the customer so 3 basic questions (including asking if they have a moment to answer 2 questions) from one customer is 3 responses from my limit. I could see how I could really use the app in lots of ways but the way this works is too limiting, even as you upgrade the plan. It actually works against you using it!
2. Secondly, $100 is too much for a small business to pay to remove the logo. In all, I'm not sure I'll keep this now - a shame as it could really help my business, it just doesn't have the right pricing package.

This app blows surveymonkey out of the water! you can use all the features and test to see what works out for you right at the start. the limits are much more friendly on the free account. tech support is amazing if you are having issues or questions with your polls.
This integrates with shopify so you can have certain events from shopify trigger polls. I am using the after 11 days email the poll to my customer to get a post installation survey. I am using 24 hours after a cart is abandoned email the person for a poll why they abandoned. As a seller you need to know these things to be able to fix issues and most customers will not contact you but they will take a quick anonymous poll. The polls are great to setup. i wish i had found this before testing surveymonkey as they let you get 10 results. if you want to see more you have to pay a minumum of 55$ just to see your poll results. With zigpoll the fees are super reasonable and it costs you little to nothing to test it out with your customers.
