Zigpoll Customer Surveys

I used this app to create a survey within our website to collect information about our customer base. I like the format and the ease of use within the app and how smoothly it integrates within Shopify. So far out of 4 different survey applications, it has been the most customer-friendly app to use.

I really like the variety of different ways you can use the polls. And they look fun, not serious. Programming them is pretty intuitive, though I've had to reach out a couple of times, and they are quick to respond and stay with you until your issue is resolved. Definitely happy I am using this app!

The app is excellent, but the customer service is even better. Thank you, Jason, for your prompt response and actions! I only have positive things to say about this app! I like how the NPS survey appears on the post-purchase page, giving more people the opportunity to click on it and leave us a review.

The app is fairly easy to use and shows really well on our website. The customer service is great! They are very responsive. Further suggestions for the app that the team is looking at: Deleting uncompleted responses and being able to add more customization to certain questions. Definitely recommend this app!

Great app and highly customizable! We used it to collect feedback from our customers regarding the size and fit of our products for general consensus. It served it's purpose well however, we would have loved it more if we were able to display the results of the vote without having customers to participate in the poll.

We use it to get customer feedback and then construct automated engagements with them. The app is very flexible, with timing and display options that just work like the customer wants.

Super easy installation and responsive customer service. They guided me through how to set up my first poll and it's already captured over 500 emails and given me feedback on what features to build out next. You get a lot of milage out of the free plan so it's pretty much a no brainer. Great idea and a great app! Thanks!

Incredible experience with Zigpoll. I was able to easily access personal time with the founder who was incredibly thoughtful and happy to help make sure our store received the most possible benefit from their software. If you're reading this, you're wasting your time: by now, you could be already Zigpolling your way to the future!

The Zigpoll app is perfect for short polls/surveys. But we're using the app for a 10-15 question survey, and it's working well. We like that it's integrated within our shop in Shopify - the fonts, colours are syncing with the look of our site. Also like the use of images within the survey. Customer service is quick to reply, friendly and helpful. Give it a go.
