I am the administrator of the account, and I was given permission by the company owner to work in the company's active campaign account. I need support, so I contacted the CS team, and they always ask me stupid questions when transferring my cases to tickets. Why do you guys ask for my billing information when I'm accessing the account? How can I log in to the account and contact you if I don't have the permission of my boss? This is really time-consuming.
Last time, they said that I am not the admin or owner, so they cannot support. This time, they said that because I am not the owner. So only owners can ask for your support? My boss is really busy and does not have time to search for silly information all the time.

I looked into your case and after investigating a bit, our support rep needed clarification about when to ask for billing information or not. You should not have had this blocker when getting support from our team, I sincerely apologize for this. I shared your experience with our Support team leadership and they addressed the greater team with clarification on how and when certain criteria are needed to help users.

Zwei Wochen nach der Migration, hat Active Campaign der Preis verdoppelt.
Es verspricht viel, lässt aber sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Der Support ist oftmals nicht informiert, dauert oftmals bis zu einer Woche, bis sie antworten. Und dann haben sie oft auch keine Lösung parat.
Die Software hat etliche Bugs und Fehler.
Die Ladezeiten der Seiten ist extrem lang.
Wir haben dann auf den Enterprise Plan gewechselt (Preis: +350 USD / Monat) und auf unseren "Dedicated Support Manager" gehofft. Allerdings weiß niemand etwas von dieser Position. Statt dessen chatten wir weiterhin mit Bots und First Level Support Mitarbeitern.
Am liebsten würde ich Active Campaign sofort kündigen und zur Konkurrenz wechseln. Allerdings haben wir erst im September den langwierigen Onboarding-Prozess abgeschlossen und haben jetzt keine Ressourcen frei, um die Migration zu machen.
Active Campaign: Eine große Enttäuschung und ein großer Fehler für uns.
This software is amazing.
Since moving over from MailChimp, we have had some Great success.
And the CRM is very helpful as well.
The integration was easy to set up and we've been pleased with how it's integrated into our existing workflows before we added a branch to our business by way of using Shopify.
I know we've only just scratched the top of the iceberg on this integration, there hasn't been the time to go through the various support articles to see how we can maximise the effectiveness of this integration.
(Please note I have been offered a gift voucher for writing a review but was in no way encouraged to change my opinion of the integration and application - it just motivated me to actually do it!)
We have been waiting 4 months for our SMS Registration... 6 customer service later we are left with no choice but to switch our provider back to Klavio. If your company name is a DBA, then this tool is not for you. You will be required to advertise your business as your parent company.
We have a lot of problems with this basic and non configurable integration.

This app connects my Active Campaign account seamlessly to my Shopify account and that ensures I don't miss any abandon carts, site visits and other triggers that then allow me to follow up with customers in the backend. It's a great app that does all the hard work without you even knowing it's there! Great app, great support and great company overall.
The Active Campaign integrates well, and the support team has been great about answering questions/troubleshooting.
Active Campaign boosted our sales dramatically. We were able to reach our customers really fast and their interface is super user friendly. Easy to operate and they have great features. We would recommend it to any store.
This app has been great to merge the order info and eCommerce from Shopify with the ease and functionality of Active Campaigns. I love having a one-stop-shop with Active, and the customer service is always top-notch which is crucial as a small business. Overall, I can't imagine running our business without it. It has been a critical part of our success.
