STAY AWAY FROM ActiveCampaign!!! I was a customer for over 3 years. Let me tell you this is a weak product from a bloated company that does not care about their customers. It is extremely hard to cancel your account and they use all the tricks in the book to take advantage of customers and hide behind fine print policies. This product costs waaaaaaay too much for what they can do. It was ok when there weren't many other options for email but now you are just flushing your $$$ down the drain. I was finally able to cancel and now am just using shopify email which has pretty much all the same features and automation that is FREE. It is ridiculous these guys are still in business. Don't waste your money on ActiveCampaign. It's like climbing on a sinking ship that doesn't have any life rafts.
I am the administrator of the account, and I was given permission by the company owner to work in the company's active campaign account. I need support, so I contacted the CS team, and they always ask me stupid questions when transferring my cases to tickets. Why do you guys ask for my billing information when I'm accessing the account? How can I log in to the account and contact you if I don't have the permission of my boss? This is really time-consuming.
Last time, they said that I am not the admin or owner, so they cannot support. This time, they said that because I am not the owner. So only owners can ask for your support? My boss is really busy and does not have time to search for silly information all the time.

I looked into your case and after investigating a bit, our support rep needed clarification about when to ask for billing information or not. You should not have had this blocker when getting support from our team, I sincerely apologize for this. I shared your experience with our Support team leadership and they addressed the greater team with clarification on how and when certain criteria are needed to help users.

Zwei Wochen nach der Migration, hat Active Campaign der Preis verdoppelt.
Es verspricht viel, lässt aber sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Der Support ist oftmals nicht informiert, dauert oftmals bis zu einer Woche, bis sie antworten. Und dann haben sie oft auch keine Lösung parat.
Die Software hat etliche Bugs und Fehler.
Die Ladezeiten der Seiten ist extrem lang.
Wir haben dann auf den Enterprise Plan gewechselt (Preis: +350 USD / Monat) und auf unseren "Dedicated Support Manager" gehofft. Allerdings weiß niemand etwas von dieser Position. Statt dessen chatten wir weiterhin mit Bots und First Level Support Mitarbeitern.
Am liebsten würde ich Active Campaign sofort kündigen und zur Konkurrenz wechseln. Allerdings haben wir erst im September den langwierigen Onboarding-Prozess abgeschlossen und haben jetzt keine Ressourcen frei, um die Migration zu machen.
Active Campaign: Eine große Enttäuschung und ein großer Fehler für uns.
This app connects my Active Campaign account seamlessly to my Shopify account and that ensures I don't miss any abandon carts, site visits and other triggers that then allow me to follow up with customers in the backend. It's a great app that does all the hard work without you even knowing it's there! Great app, great support and great company overall.
I have used AC for 5 years and have spent lots of time talking with staff about tools and have learned so much! I am asking for new tools and they listen and sometimes implement them for me. great company
Excellent app. We've been using it for about 4 years now. We used Mailchimp previously but as our business has grown we needed a more robust email platform. It's really easy to tag customers and break them out into segments. The automations are also great. AND it costs less than Mailchimp did. Can't say enough good things!
The deep data that I am able to get from my prospects and customers is amazing! It's an added bonus that I can use ActiveCampaign as a CRM as well.
After moving over from MailChimp we've not looked back. Great stats to keep track of interactions, etc. Highly recommended!
Active Campaign is an amazing piece of software. I have used it for years and they have rolled out so many new features over the years to help my business grow, from live chat, to deeper integration with Shopify, to even landing pages.
Active Campaign also has the best support and training of any CRM or Email Marketing app. We got excellent one-on-one training with their marketing experts, which made it so easily to monetize quickly.
We've been using this app for months. I love how it is able to sync all the transactions and abandonments data into their system. By setting up abandonment sequences in AC we've increased revenue by 5%, and we've added an additional 5% by segmenting our audience using other automations, which are one of AC's strong points.
