ActiveCampaign has been an incredibly helpful tool. I've been using much more simplistic email hosting providers in the past, but AC's functionality has allowed me to explore and implement much more unique and impactful marketing strategies. I'd fully recommend them to any eCommerce owner.

It works really well! It even tracks all the sales that came as a result of an email campaign, which is really helpful

Super impressed with Active Campaign. The tools are so powerful there is very little we can't do. The account management support is really useful as well to help us achieve our goals. We migrated from Mailchimp and were looking for something with a much better interface and behaviour-led automations. Having looked into loads of suppliers, we comfortably chose Active Campaign, and have since recommended it to other businesses. On a basic level it is very powerful, but once you hook into the API it is even better. One negative... no site pop-ups. Bit weird for such a big system, but I have been assured they are coming!

I have used this app at least once a month to send out emails and promotions. This app has done a great job collecting new emails for me. The customer service is quick to respond and work with you anytime you have any questions on anything and is very helpful. The only thing I wish is that it would be a little more clear when new people are added so you can make sure you add them to the email list to send to, but it hasn't been too big of a deal. Overall this app has been great, and I haven't even set up all the features that it can do! I did get offered a $25 gift card for leaving an honest review.

Just wanted to thanks ActiveCampaign team for the great job they made. I did not know which app to use for emailing my customers, prospects and lead. I took contact with the customer service and they guide me throw to make good decision. In the beginning I wanted the cheapest plan but they told me that with the professional plan was better because I had an onboarding following that help me a lot to use the platform. Also I download the 7 emails series booklet which teach me the level of awareness to write the correct email to the correct person. All that was Great experience ! and make me to amortize the costs very quick. Take your time and learn with them you will not regret it.

I have been using the integration for already six months and it works flawlessly. I'm able to track my customers in ActiveCampaign and deliver customized email campaigns to them easily. I highly recommend this integration to all Shopify users.
