Amazing app I’ve used for years. It’s a breeze to install and customize. I love the detailed reporting it gives on notifications sent, notifications converted and notifications that haven’t converted. Great if you are a smaller store or if your email platform doesn’t offer a back in stock trigger.

We've used this app for years with no issues. I only recently noticed it wasn't working and contacted the guys through the online chat. They got back to me in about an hour to say it was working but we had another back in stock notication set up that wasn't and as this one was below it, people we not using it! So once we worked it out, I turned the other one off and we are now back to working perfectly! Super stoked to have the issued worked out! Highly recommend!

Just a follow up! We noticed the box had moved to a side pop out which we didn't really love as we have a reviews one as well. Contacted the team and they moved it back to the product page for us straight away (I couldn't work out how to do it for some reason).

Simple, effective app that has really allowed us to drive sales even when we are out of stock!

Warning! If you expand and sell from different locations, this app will not work for you!
We noticed restock alerts were being sent to our customer waiting list for location A even though we never restocked anything for that location.
Makes the whole app pointless and customers even more frustrated as they still cannot purchase. This is definitely not a feature you want and should have been pointed out when installing the app.

I loved how my customers got emails and texts for a favourite product they couldn't wait to buy. It helped me sell out my new product in less than 2 days! They all got notified as soon as I made the product available!

There was a tech glitch online for customers entering their contact information so I had to manually add them in myself by asking for emails on social media.. so there was alot of extra work in that regard. Support could not resolve the issue.

Been using for 4 years now and each month it is generating revenue. Pricing is fair and the increased sales is great. Sometimes we are restocking an item and in under an hour we have sales for the item. Highly recommend.
