It's overly 'smart' and a bit out of control. It promised an immediate reshipment to a customer (even committed to delivery time!) when we were offline without any consent from us or notification afterwards - this has caused a big customer frustration and related financial loss.

I have been using this app for about 3 months now. I can highly recommend this app. It has saved us so many hours of answering emails and phone calls. It learns quickly, took about 3-5 days to learn my entire site and products as well as the most commonly asked questions.

The app gets in the way of customers using the store, way worse on mobile which is where most of my users are coming from. I get the odd message from it but from the niggly blocking of customer functionality I would assume it is increasing my bounce rate and decreasing my conversions

We are a startup company from China, and our target market is in the Middle East. Using this software has been incredibly helpful for our business.

However, I noticed that Arabic is not currently available as a language option, and I hope this can be improved in future updates.

Aside from that, everything else is very user-friendly, and we really enjoy using it.

this is the second time we try this app in about 2 years span. pros: some of the options have improved and actually work - the AI has improved as well. Cons: lack of customer service - the chat app doesn't work well still and needs much improvements especially taking over from AI on live chats (we lost many customers because of this) - there is a big gap of options in the paid subscriptions and it needs to be setup for better value. For now we will continue to try it until we find a better alternative or unless they fix these issues asap.

This has helped my customers a lot and I'm glad it shows you each interaction because it helps me add more information to questions I wouldn't have thought of that my customers are asking. It's easy to use too!! I love it! so thankful <3

I try a lot of chat app, Always looking for the best for my needs and I have tried a lot of the new AI , Most AI chat are surface level and I found them get most answer wrong when it comes to the skin care we sell on SkinCareBYSuzie.com but Best chat AI is amazing I have yet to find an AI answer that wrong or even could have been better. This has recommended our skin care perfectly it has given a perfectly correct answer when customers have asked to compare products with each other. Concerning the actual chat function with an agent they also work really well

Wow, this app is amazing! Seriously, the AI is so clever—it actually understands all my product descriptions and then gives customers these great, easy-to-read summaries with the right product links. It saves me so much time!

The only thing that would make it better is a way to handle discount codes. Right now, it just makes up a fake one, like "Example10" which isn't usable. I still have to go into the backend and manually create the code "Example10" myself. If I could set up some real, working discount codes for the AI to give out, this app would be unstoppable.
