Would recommend. Shocking how it's free with all the incredible features. If you're looking for a live chat function I would 100% go with BestChat.

This software works well, customer service is responsive and problems are solved accurately and efficiently, this software can do a lot and is worth a try, but there is one thing I would like to improve, the ability to see messages from customers and reply directly, at the moment it is only an online chat function, I hope it will be added soon.

It’s a nice app without cost. It has chatbot function that helps me a lot. It can also integrate with Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Wechat ID. Really nice app!
