Just Tragic. I have installed Bundle Builder for months, and it just doesn't work. Countless hours spent with Shopify Support, a contracted developer, and no results. When we said the app didn't work, The Bundle Builder support team just sent through an arbitrary reason, that Shopify didn't agree with, and our own developer couldn't agree with. The support team go a week or more without contacting us, then state its been escalated, only to find nothing happens, at all. Stay away. They have no idea.

Phenominal! The support from the team has been great. Our installation was a little more difficult than the standard as the automatic version didn't work on our theme. I reached out to the team and they seamlessly took care of everything. For someone like me who isn't very tech savy, this app has been one of the easiest i have used because the support team are so helpful and responsive. Harriet thank you for all your help! Has only been live on the site for 3 hours and already have had our first bundle sale!

We have a complicated ordering situation - many options that we can't collapse. Having every combination as a variation would not be feasible. So we broke the process into stages using Bundle Builder. This allows for greater flexibility and a much more intuitive user experience. We have had the need over time for custom development and also troubleshooting. In both cases the team at Bundle Builder have been attentive, professional, and quick in their response and help in solving all our needs. Highly recommend this app!

I like using this app to help make product bundles to sell items that would otherwise not sell by themselves. They're a few glitches with how the app interacts with Shopify that could be fixed. Ex: fixing up the sale prices int he bundle app doesn't automatically translate to Shopify products/inventory. Also, whenever I make any changes in the actually bundle, I have to keep it in mind to go to my products in Shopify to reset the inventory and bundle prices; every single time. It's a hassle but I really like the way bundle presents the products.

These guys are awesome. Quick to respond, Fixes most of what I ask so my customers can have a easy time shopping. This bundle app displays beautiful on our site and looks very professional. The check process is clean and keeps things together on the cart page and the checkout page. We are now things how to add more bundles to our site. I understand they have a new design coming out and really can wait to see how it looks. Trust us, when I say you won't be disappointed. Update...Just asked them to tweak it a little and boom, it was done. Amazing

I want to say that they have stellar support. They get back to you fast with a unique solution.

I am trying to create a unique way to do bundles based on the products I have. They have been proactive and brainstormed to try and come up with solutions.

I have tried many different bundle products and some companies never responded and or took a week to get back to me.

One thing I look for is support and they have hit it out of the park even though I could not use their app for what I am trying to do.

It is worthwhile for you to try their app out.

We are very pleased with Bundle Builder so far. We added the app a couple months ago to allow customers to build their own gift box by selecting different products in our store. When I had a question, Adam from customer service was very helpful!

I am hoping that they will add some more features soon that will enhance the user experience like being able to filter the products and maybe even a separate boxfor personalization notes (we offer a few products which can be personalized) similar to the "gift note" box. Other than that, great job guys! Happy to continue using this app.

This app is exactly what I was looking for! It is one of the best out there. I researched tons of bundle apps before choosing this one. It has a clean look and integrates wonderfully with my theme. It's super easy to use for my customers and for me as well. Any adjustments I wanted to make, the support team was very helpful. I'm glad I downloaded this app. I've wanted to add a "Choose your own set" for my customers for a long time, but never found a way to do it...until I found Bundle Builder! I'm excited to see all the varieties of products I can offer - especially with the holidays coming up.

This app really goes a step further than other apps. I get to build my bundle from a selection of products, rather than a set product range only. And you get to set rules for your bundle so that they have to be abided by in order to be added to cart. Which is great if you have separate product for different colours. I've tried a number of other bundle apps and this one was the only one I could easily (if at all) achieve this with.

Great support too, they really go the extra mile to help me customise my bundle even further. Something they don't have to do. Really big help. The presentation of the bundle is lovely too. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed with this app! I needed an app that would make it easy for my customers to build their own sets of home decor, and I've gotten great feedback. I love how it guides the customer on a journey and helps them visualize their choices, while staying consistent with my brand image. The developers provide excellent support that is unrivaled. No other app that I've used has come close to their quick responses and personalized help. I really appreciate their patience with those of us who don't have all the tech skills! Getting a quality website up and running is stressful, but they made the process a lot smoother. Highly recommend!
