I had toyed with the idea of a Live Chat app for my store and took the plunge.....couldn't be happier! The app works great and the support is outstanding, responsive and helpful. The app is easy to use and I know for sure I have not only saved a few sales, but the instant communication with potential buyers is a win-win for buyer and seller alike.

So far so good! I've been using this for a week and have had pretty good success, even though I'm not live online a whole lot. I kind of wish it had a chat bot, but then again, I think about half of my customers were frustrated by the previous chatbot app I tried.

Chatra is excellent, I used two more apps for chatting from shopify app store before and removed them, but so far chatra is the best! thank you
