This app has got to be the best that I have used in my 6 months of online business experience. A little expensive for startups but to learn about your business and to understand what products attract customers more than the others, you will find all these learnings in here. My suggestion to the developers would be to take three types of plans with limited to full features at different prices to make it more affordable . Highly recommend it. Use the free version to understand how it works, it’ll meet your expectations .
This Livechat platform is the easiest one to use so far. I have used many other plaftorms before, but Chatra has an amazing UI/UX, very clean and user-friendly. Also, their customer service is the best! Highly recommended!
Ok. This app is #%*ing awesome! I love it! The level of information is provides on users currently on my page is ridiculous. It give me realtime tools to help answer my customers inquiries and even steer them into purchases. One sale at a time has always been my motto and this app allows it. Great work.
Recommendations: Not sure if and how I can point to a product page during a conversation? The ability to add pre-written responses from the chat box would be great.
This is a great app that I implemented on my store weirdfriendsclub.com and have been active on it everyday. I love this app for a lot of reasons, but especially being that I get alerts on my phone every time a visitor hits my website - and it shows which city they're from - so I'm able to interact with them on a personal note and monitor from the analytics side where my visitors are coming from so I can better track and target my campaigns in the future. Thank you!!
I just love this app! Finally, I have a way to communicate with my customers. I love being able to answer their questions and mind store while I'm on the go! Just awesome!! It helped me get some sales as I was able to direct customers to the products they needed. The service is amazing too. They respond and help you when you need to. But I must say, it's so easy to install and work it out that you won't need to ask for help!
