Easy to install, very intuitive and lots of options. Like being able to see visitors typing before sending and also what they have in their cart. Overall, I recommend this app. Live chatting with customers is a must!
Haven't got a bad word to say to be honest.
The app is great and it works better than expected. The iPhone app is very useful as we are a mobile business. Tracking the history and seeing what people have in their carts is also very helpful. I've only really run into one challenge... I've been trying to find a solution to seenmlessly track users as they traverse my 2 different websites and haven't had any helpful feedback. The support reps just direct me to some code snippets but both installations were turnkey from your installers and I've not done any custom coding.

Very good app. It is beneficial to our site. It pops up on your cell phone as well which is great.
Appallingly unprofessional support interaction with a member of Chatra's "Customer Success" team, & subsequently, management.
As a paid subscriber (since cancelled), I requested an unbranded chat box. This is offered on similar plans by their competitors (Tidio, Live Chat Inc., etc.)
It is standard practice that, following payment for a customer engagement service, the client brand controls the front-facing aesthetics of said service as it pertains to, & interacts with, their website. As an example, Shopify provides an option to remove the "Powered by Shopify" link for paying customers.
Below find Chatra's initial response to my request, verbatim:
"There's currently no setting for removing the "Get ••• Chatra" branding ... We will (only) remove it if you subscribe for (an additional) 6/12-months."

On July 28 '17, I signed-up for a free trial, active until August 12.
On August 2, I pre-subscribed to a paid plan valid from August 13 - September 12. This issue occured in the interim "free" period. Naturally, I requested a refund as our paid plan had yet to start.

"As for the refund, unfortunately we won't be able to provide that, we have a no refund policy outlined in our terms of service. Personally I don't think that taking our reputation hostage & asking for a ransom is the good way to conduct business, but I might have misunderstood you."
The best Live Chat app I've found. Instantly get messages from people visiting your store and can use the app on your phone to communicate with them.
Also have some useful upgrade features if you have decent traffic to justify it.

ATTENTION! This app has far exceeded my expectations and I'm a very picky S.O.B.

Started with the free version without a lot of success. Changed to the paid version and really dove in to make it work in our store. The results have been great. Love the ability to track where and what product the customer is viewing.
I would recommend this app to anyone that wants to increase conversions and get a heart beat of whats happening real time.

We are still in our trial phase of this chat app. So far, so very, very good! Easy to install and figure out. Only wish that we could add our logo (or image) in the lower right chat icon. That might be in the subscription service. I dig this app!!!
