We've been using Chatra for a month or so and we can't say anything bad about this App at all. It greatly helped us connect with our customers, especially those new customers that just found our website and were interested in our products. Chatra enables us to answer questions from curious customers as well as improve our communication to all other customers. Its feature of allowing us to reply either instantly via chat or via email helps us balance things and not get flooded with a lot of messages.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I am using it for a few days and I love it. One client reached me through the app, when the payment system was not functioning. So I could solve the problem quickly. I definitely love it! One great app that helps you stay close to your clients. And I totally love the triggers. They convinced me to go with the premium version!

We are still in our trial phase of this chat app. So far, so very, very good! Easy to install and figure out. Only wish that we could add our logo (or image) in the lower right chat icon. That might be in the subscription service. I dig this app!!!

I love this app and its functionality. It looks great on my webpage and I love how customisable it is. The fact that I can have it on an app, which is very well made I must add, is awesome! I have the ability to talk to potential customers on the go! Get this app, you couldn't possibly regret it!
