This is a great app, we have been using it for a few years to manage customer inquiries. Super easy to use, professional and love that it is customizable.

We love this app - being able to chat with your customers saves us time emailing. Often times customers have a very simple question that, if answered quickly, can result in a sale.

Excellent app! Recently installed & just received a chat that resulted in a sale! Even if a buyer doesn't use it, I think it might be reassuring to them to know that a human is available. :)

Chatra has been a great addition to our online store and has greatly improved our ability to instantly communicate with customers who have questions about our products. Its very simple to set up and customize!

We LOVE this app! Chatra was super easy to install, any queries I had were answered promptly and the customer experience is great. Chats come through on my phone so when we're out and about we can still answer all our customers questions. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to convert more website visitors into customers

Fantastic app, well-implemented. We love that it lets us be notified whether on PC or mobile, gives customers the sense that we're a major retailer, not just a mom-and-pop.

My product (wetsuits) often needs further help or explanation of features or sizing. The amount of times people reached out via Chatra surprised me and consequently I was able to either inform or close sales immediately. Pushing notifications through to FB Messenger also is very handy too. People are comfortable on what they know and messenger adds to the ease of use. I totally recommend this App. I did my research prior to installing and this seemed to be the one! I'm glad with my decision. Support has been good and there are real people on the other end.
