Customer service is excellent. Had an issue with some text not updating, and Lydia fixed it in under a minute. It was a simple settings edit tweak, not an app functionality problem.

Fantastic Free App with Great Features!
I recently installed Chatty on two of my websites, and I’m super impressed! This tool lets you live chat with customers right on the website or even on the phone. It also supports WhatsApp, and I believe Instagram and Facebook chat integration is coming soon too! The best part? It’s totally FREE, while many other apps charge around $20/month for similar features.
I had a small issue with getting instant message notifications on my old iPhone, but their customer service was excellent. Hana from support helped me out right away and got everything sorted. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for an easy and cost-effective way to chat with customers!
