The application has some shortcomings in the form of the inability to add a drop-down section under products or on the home page, but if someone, for example, needs a faq page, you can easily add the faq page itself.
But what I am most satisfied with is the immediate help from the support, you get access to the support right away in the application panel, which immediately solves your problems, something amazing, especially thank you Abby, a very helpful person

I was using a paid FAQ app before I found Avada. The old app was quite hard to use and we need to pay for the subscription fee. Avada, on the other hand, provides amazing features and customer service, they staff have helped me multiple times regarding app setup, can't recommend more! Liz is amazing!

I was using the Avada WhatsApp, Chat, FAQ Page plugin in Shopify, and unfortunately, I entered the wrong phone number during setup. It was successfully installed in my store, but when I realized the mistake, I couldn't find any button or link to modify the settings. Even after uninstalling and trying to reinstall, the wrong setting was still there. So, I reached out to Esther through the online help center, and she patiently helped me solve the problem. I am very grateful for her assistance.
