Excellent platform! Rosie from their team helped me set up a few things. Quick responses. Some features are still under development, but the core offering works well - live chats, faqs. They are moving in the right direction!

Simple and easy to set up, customizable and above all, quick and effective help when I needed it.
They also have a nice feature where users easily can add suggestions to the app developers and where users can thumbs up or comment on others suggestions.

It's a great app, I use it to setup an excellent and professional FAQ page quickly. The support team is also awesome. Today I hit an issue, that's the FAQ page only shows up part of the questions. I reached out to support team, Kevin helped me fix this issue quickly, that's pretty fantastic.
