Firstly, Tracy was awesome. They were patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had several requests for assistance using the chatbot. It was customer service at its finest. This is one the best apps I've tested, free or otherwise. The FAQs page and widget are top-notch. I have not tested the AI features.
