Great so far. Easy to use and had a problem that was quickly resolved by Esther.

No encontraba el modo de activar el live chat, y ella me lo soluciono en menos de 2 minutos.
Puedo deducir que se toma su trabajo muy en serio pues demostró ser muy eficiente.
De las mejores APP con las que he podido trabajar, tiene todas las funciones que necesito y no ralentiza mi sitio web. Se nota que los desarrolladores de esta APP han pensando en todo.

A bit disappointed that you are not able to upload any profile photos to match your chat avatar. THey can only grab your logo from your Shopify store which won't work bc my logo is cut off. There isn't a way to upload any photos via chat either. Hopefully, they will offer these in the future.

Regarding your concern about uploading profile photos to match your chat avatar, we understand the current limitation where only the logo from your Shopify store can be used, which might not work if the logo is cut off. We have forwarded this request to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, you can change the logo using CSS if that helps.
As for the ability to upload photos via chat, we're pleased to inform you that this feature is currently in development and is estimated to be released soon. We will definitely notify you once it is rolled out.
we noticed that we haven't had the chance to communicate directly yet. We hope you consider reinstalling the app so we can provide better support and ensure you get the most out of our service.
