It is an amazing live chat app to communicate with costumers and the in-built app is also great, you can answer costumers from your phone. The Setup is also easy and takes about 10 minutes.
I would not recommend this company. After I deleted the app due to their co-founder's unprofessional behavior they responded with lies and when confronted with screenshots directly from the co-founder with his tag and photo choose to claim I had the wrong app instead of apologizing and holding him accountable.
