Great app, great fast and kind support. Works as expected and is worth the money!

The only thing to keep in mind is that the standard abandoned cart emails from Shopify won't work with the app because they bypass the date selection. With a modification, you could direct your customers to the cart instead of the checkout. This would work, but from a conversion perspective, leading them to checkout ...

Very responsive & helpful support - we recently ran into an issue with a different third party app (for preorders) overriding the Zapiet tags, and the support staff very promptly not only found a workaround for us but also fixed all affected orders! Incredibly happy with the quality and level of service we've been getting so far.

The customer support from Zapiet is unmatched. If we're ever having a problem or need help doing something (even adding custom code) they are very quick to respond and always help us solve the problem (even if it's a Shopify problem).
