This app allowed us to carry some products on our online store, for pickup only, that we weren't able to provide to our customers in the past. Any support issue we have had were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this app.
This app has enabled us to create popup locations for the safe selling of fresh chicken during the pandemic. We did encounter a problem with the app after an update. I reached out to Zapiet and they corrected the problem almost immediately. There quick response enables me to continue boasting of a 99.9% uptime. I would recommend all shopify users to look into this app that is easy to integrate and provides instant human support.

Ok these guys know there stuff and their support team is BOMB! Jessica helped me with multiple roadblocks and fixed them within minutes. I've used Zapiets products for 4 years now and love what they do. Thanks a million zapiet for turning a headache of a problem into a tirumph!

Extremely helpful team and a great app! They work with you every step of the way to make sure their app integrates as smoothly as possible into your workflow. We had some bumps in the road due to other apps, but Stephane was a huge help in getting all the kinks worked out and we were able to roll out local delivery for our shops! I never hesitate to reach out with a problem, and they are always happy to help, and always in a timely manner! It seems like they have helpful staff in every time zone because I have always been able to set up a zoom call or chat at my convenience.
The initial setup can be intimidating, but they will do as much as they possibly can to make it accessible and convenient.

We added this app after the Covid outbreak meant we needed to drastically change how we operated (we are a coffee shop). It has been perfect for what we needed to accomplish with our online ordering and adding a delivery service. Greatly appreciate the app--and all the help with my numerous questions and problem solving to tweak it perfectly to our store. Would definitely recommend adding it if you're like us and you need to switch to an organized way of facilitating new pick-up/delivery systems.
The best date & time picker on shopify by far, ive tried them all
I am using Zapiet date & time picker and their delivery rates based on postcode and both are working flawlessly a lot more functionality than others ive tried.
this is the only one that allows you to add a date & time to draft orders
The Zapiet team is really helpful. I wanted to popup a window box, they gave me a good solution to solve it. and the team always gave me quick responses when I have questions.
Store Pickup + Delivery was the perfect solution for our interior design/home furnishings shop. Many of our items are heavy and expensive to ship. The ability to designate specific products for local delivery and/or store pickup makes our lives so much easier. Moreover, Sam and the team at Zapiet were amazing in helping us get things set up and ironing out the one or two wrinkles we ran into.
