I have used this app for many years and it helps to create sales over and above what the client had originally thought of purchasing.
The app has been made faster with added features.
In order to learn my way around the new look, I requested support and Henry Mugo was helpful, and patient for a non Tech person like myself.
I would highly recommend Cross sell and Upsell as an app and Henry Mugo who is their Technical Customer Happiness Specialist, a job he does with excellence.

Works great and it really does increase your average order value. The customer service is very responsive if you happen to need it. It's really a great tool to show your customers some of those 'lost in the fray' items that is inevitable with larger stores.

Helps create multiple sales and brings new products to customers attention.If you have a design lead store like we do, then the ability is hand pick the items you want to see for each product is an absolute must. the cross sell app makes it really easy and quick.

The tech support is also quick should you need any help, but on a whole the app works with very little help needed. I would highly recommend cross sell.

Excellent app that has helped increase our AOV substantially! There were multiple requests that I've made to customer support over the last couple months and they've always provided me with excellent customer service and went out of their way to make the app as user friendly as possible for our site. I would highly recommend! Thank you Henry, Carol and team!

EDIT: they also have the audacity to dox your name in public without permission.

broke add to cart on all chrome based browsers - no support avail online. cross-sell.js flooded /cart.js until shopify quit and either showed an empty cart or a too many redirects error whenever the add to cart button is clicked on any product. removing the app resolved the issue again.

before that, articles below $1 were shown as "FREE" items to customers in the cross sell modal, which lead to tons of complaints.

Regarding the 'broke add to cart on all chrome-based browsers' issue, we want to clarify that we did not receive any support request from you about this problem. Our support team is always available to assist and we strive to resolve issues promptly. Can you double-check you tried contacting us at the correct address? If you encounter this issue again, please contact us directly at support@csell.co so we can investigate and help you.

As for the 'FREE' pricing issue, we did receive your complaint on February 26 and by February 28, the issue was fully investigated and resolved. As mentioned to you at the time, the problem was due to the system not specifying cents, causing items priced below $1 ($0.99) to appear as "$0". This was corrected within two days of your original complaint and we appreciated your patience during that time.

I didn't know what to expect and had this app sitting around for months. We finally got to work on it and tested cross-sells. The orders began coming in and increased over the months thanks to cross-sell. It is a very stable app, not hard to use and the customer service team is both responsive and knows what they are doing. I'm only using about 10% of what this app has to offer and intend to learn more of its features and implement the ones that make sense for us. Highly recommended.

I love Cross Sell & Upsell. I have been using it for over 3 years. It has increased my average order value and upsells. The support staff, including Henry are very helpful and responsive. I Always recommend this Shopify App.

We just started to use Cross Sell again and it immediately started to show results. It is very easy to use and assigning Cross Sells and Upsells to products is a smooth process.

Also, the tech support is very quick to respond and works fast to resolve any issues.

I recently did some site updates and noticed that my Cross Sell & Upsell app was not displaying products as I had hoped. I reached out directly to the app for support. Within a few hours - I had a detailed response from Carol at Cross Sell & Upsell. This included screen shots of my site with all fixes completed by them to display my cross sells as I wanted. This is a great app, but more importantly...I love the quick and thorough service I have received from them. I highly recommend them to any site needing to cross sell items to increase sales. Thank you!
