Honestly, this application is an excellent asset for those just starting out in e-commerce. It's reassuring to have one or more agents to turn to in case of problems. On top of that, they're very friendly (especially Niky). I'm very satisfied and I can't wait to see how it turns out in the future.
The app is fairly decent considering it is free. The one agent Rebecca Zhang has been nothing but helpful and sorted an issue I had within 30 minutes. She is amazing!

I can only recommend this dropshipping provider from China. The product selection is very large and can be easily integrated into the Shopify store. Order processing is automatic and delivery times are fine. I have a nice agent of my own who is always available to answer my questions and help with problems. CJ dropshipping is very professional and ideal for beginners in this business. Worth 5 stars for me!
