CJdropshipping customer service, but especially Niky my personal Agent has been amazing. Even if things seem impossible and/or beyond their control, they do everything in their power to fulfill orders, provide missing information about Products like Certificates, etc. as quickly and efficiently as possible and keep me informed along the way. I've bothered my Agent, Niky, every day for the last month. Each time, she responds with kindness and goes above and beyond to assist. Always a pleasure to work with Niky and CJdropshipping.
