Angel and Enid have been so helpful with every inquiry. Quick to respond and doesn't only send links to 'how to' pages, but helps with each step and makes sure that everything is taken care of. The live agent is key.
Also have to mention Murphy Hu is my hero, I made some mistakes and he was so helpful in fixing the issue as well as explaining the situation. The customer service is amazing with this company.

I have to say, my experience with CJdropshipping has improved a lot recently, and it’s definitely worthy of a 5-star rating. A huge part of this is thanks to my incredible agent, Sini Liu, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She understands my needs almost instantly, often without me needing to explain things twice, and even managed to get me a discount on a product recently. Her support has been outstanding and truly makes a difference.
For me personally, navigating the platform can sometimes be a bit overwhelming because of the many different options and features. While I can see how this might be perfect for some users who enjoy flexibility, it can feel a little complicated at times. That said, the team, especially Sini Liu, always steps in to guide me through, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I highly recommend CJdropshipping. Their service is professional, reliable, and well-supported by agents like Sini, who truly care about their customers. Thank you for making this process so much easier for me!
