Had a little issue with one of the product descriptions. Fionnula got back to me and found a solution for me in no more than 30 min. It's definitely easy and quick to help from CJ whenever you need it.
Mandy is a great agent from this company. She replies to me within 10 minutes every time when I have issues. Their shipping options are pretty reliable when it comes to timeframes. You can even post your sourcing request via a simple chrome extension. Would recommend to give them a shot.

I appreciate the support, for example in my choice of products and personalised packaging. I appreciate the fact that I have a personal agent who answers my questions quickly. The best application for dropshipping. Each person has their agent and if you have questions or something there is someone who will always help you.
So far I have had very good service, I need to get some stuff done for a customers order, there was a glitch in the system and I couldn't complete the POD. I was able to get on to REBECCA in customer service and she was able to sort the problem out on the spot.
