Such a useful app, it has allowed me to create wholesale customer and reseller accounts in minutes. I would highly recommend this is you are looking for a simple way to allow resellers to purchase product straight from your site. Great app!

We have used this app for a few years and rely on it heavily to sell the same products to different groups of people. When it works, it works great. But there have been more and more hangups and code changes that throw everything off... often times for much longer than we'd like. The rock solid faith we used to have in "set it and forget it" is wavering, and now it's more like "cross your fingers everything works" on our really important days. More attentions should be paid to supporting subscription products like this, and informing support staff of EXACTLY what is going on. Communication via support tickets is often met with, "let me put you in touch with an App Specialist and they'll get back to you when they have more info." That's not what I want to hear after I send an email to 20,000 people at midnight and the products on my website are randomly showing any one of five different retail prices.

Love this app! It's easy to use and offers a variety of valuable applications that enhances our business and customer experience. By using this app for our store we've created new revenue opportunities and customer engagement.

In addition to the app itself, the support team was extremely helpful. It was an easy install but there were a couple things we needed help with and the support team was a pleasure to work with.

This app is phenomenal. As always, Bold Apps steps up again big time and deliver one of the most useful applications on the Shopify app store.

For any shop owner looking to increase conversion rates or attract new customers, this application is for you. For just $29.99/month, it could make you thousands and is a wonderful investment for any Shopify store.

Our experience with customer service was great. Though it took a couple of days to get the issues we were having sorted out, they were happy to help and very knowledgeable.

Highly recommended to any Shopify shop owner looking to increase the number of customers and make more money (..and who doesn't want that?!)

We've been waiting for install for over 2 weeks, have chased every two days, have raised support tickets and just been ignored, but we're still charged for the app. Would avoid if their customer service is this bad.

I installed this app and it helped my average order value to increase from £22 to £28. However, it stopped working every couple of days and was very inconvenient for me and I am not 100% sure but this constant theme change may have affected my Facebook ad optimization.

It is a shame because the possibility of the app was amazing.

Does what's it's suppose to most of the time, but when problems hit it's not easy getting fixes / communication. Limited consumer service hours. Kicking off sales is not easy.
