Amazing App!! This has help me elevate my designs with the personalization options and the library of clipart available. The best part is the customer can see exactly what they are getting on screen as they make their selections and it takes out the back and forth contact with them confirming their order.

It's the customer service for me. Yes, the app has several functionalities that opens up many possibilities for customization. I had a situation where I needed to offer a personalized blanket with different backgrounds. Half way into design, I realized I needed to offer a background remove option for customers' photos. It was crunch time and in the height of the holiday season--just 2 weeks away from Christmas and I didn't know how to integrate this feature into the design. I reached out to Customily, and the co-founder, Martina, of Customily responded. She connected me with Jose who literally dropped what he was doing to make a video to guide me through the process. I still needed help. Jose ended up creating the entire design and hooking up the api to my pod. Talk about going the extra mile. This is it! Customily takes care of their customers' needs and ensures that they have what's needed to deploy their products. Very appreciative of this app and the service they provide. Highly recommend them. Btw, they followed up with me recently and had a one on one to walk me through product creation with the app.

Exceptional Turnaround in Service and Support

Initially, I left a 1-star review for Customily, detailing challenges with product uploads, design tool glitches, and a lack of effective customer support. My experience was frustrating, as I encountered difficulties in usage and felt the app fell short of its potential.

However, I recently decided to give Customily another chance, and I'm glad I did. This decision came after discovering that my own email settings were inadvertently blocking communications from Customily, which was a key factor in the initial support challenges I faced.

Upon reaching out again, I was assisted by Cecilia from customer service, and had the opportunity to speak with Josema and Gustavo during a Zoom call. The level of support and guidance I received this time was exceptional and far beyond what I had anticipated. They addressed my concerns thoroughly, demonstrating both the capabilities of the app and their commitment to user satisfaction.

This positive experience has led me to reconsider my initial impression. Not only have my issues been resolved, but I've also gained a deeper understanding of and appreciation for what Customily offers. The dedication of the support team, especially the personalized assistance from Cecilia, Jose, and Gustavo, has completely changed my perspective.

In light of this, I am updating my review to 5 stars. My renewed experience with Customily underscores the importance of open communication and the impact of dedicated customer service. I'm grateful for the patience and support provided by the Customily team, and I'm excited to continue using their app with a newfound appreciation for its potential and the team behind it.

Hello my name is Stacy and I live in Maryland, United States. I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to Mr. Federico Mosqueda part of the Customily Business Development Team. I had two opportunity of having to Demo Calls with him. One on January 30, and the second one today February 9th. He was diligent, patient, and very clear in explaining to me, and supporting me with my journey in learning how to personalize my own designs using Customily. Nevertheless, also teaching me how to use the the plethora of resources that Customily has already incorporated within the their app. I feel truly blessed of having this one on one support.

Fantastic customer service from this app. Best I've ever received since starting my store 6 years ago. Great app, does what it says on the tin. Very happy customer. Sorted out a little problem I originally had, but this was my error and confusion. All was sorted. Highly recommend!
